Who Am I?

My name is Tami Jo. I often am called simply "Ta." I'm a spirit drifting around in a less than perfect physical form in this space we call the mortal coil. I make my living as an RN, but I don't talk about that too much. I was born under a full moon in March a long time ago. I've learned life has no purpose except to live, love and laugh. Enjoy it while it lasts. Find something you love to do and do it.

Fibrosing Mediastinitis

I have a rare autoimmune disease called fibrosing mediastinitis AKA mediastinal fibrosis. I was diagnosed in 1999. There are about 300-400 people with this disease in the U. S.

Geocaching

This has become my newest craze. It combines some techie stuff with the outdoors and makes me feel like a kid. Scavenger hunting for adults. Check it out. Geocaching.com

I've ridden a motorcycle since I was 16. Currently, I am the proud owner of a 2005 Honda Goldwing. There's nothing like it.
